Return Policy

When freshly installed, our products start in trial mode, letting you evaluate them for your particular requirements. They convert like the fully enabled product, except that some spelling errors are injected into the converted files. You can use the product in this mode to convert your documents and examine its conversion capabilities and ease of use. Once the product is enabled by using its software key, this trial limitation is removed.

You may use an ordered product in trial mode on any number of documents to ensure its suitability. If it is not suitable, it may be returned within 30 days for a full refund of the product price. Once you obtain the software key or open the sealed envelope containing it, the product is non-returnable.
