As we continue to improve our software, we periodically release upgrades. Upgrades may result from several situations, such as new word processor versions, user feedback, and the addition of new features to our software. Minor revision level upgrades are free, and may appear every couple of months. Major revision level upgrades (typically once a year) may be purchased for just the price differential (if any) if they appear within a month after you purchase our software, else they involve an upgrade charge. I am a Nota Bene user, and have heard that your import/export filters are no longer available with Nota Bene. What are the file

conversion options now available to me?

Any Nota Bene software shipped after July 31, 2007 does not include our import/export filters. However, our newest product, FileMerlin™, includes all the conversions provided by those filters, and much more. Besides supporting the latest versions of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, WordPerfect and other applications, it handles more formatting features and converts more accurately than the import/export filters.

I own a Brother Word Processor, and have the Brother Conversion Software disk that came with the machine. However, that
